Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Quitt app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.
Quitt is a support tool, not medical advice
Quitt helps you track habits and get through cravings. It isn't a medical device and doesn't give medical, psychological or addiction treatment advice. Stopping some substances, such as alcohol, can be dangerous without support. Please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional about your health, and contact local emergency services if you are in crisis.
Your data
What you enter stays on your device and is yours. How it is handled is described in ourprivacy policy.
Using the app
- Use Quitt for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Don't try to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.
- Savings, counts and insights are estimates based on what you enter.
No warranty
Quitt is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or available, and because your data lives only on your device, we can't recover it if it is lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SoulSparkle Studio isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or website.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
